Thank you very much! As far as I remember, the substrates are not always the same, including forest ground which contain humus from tropical rain forest. I'm not sure what type of rock where this plant abundant, personally I called it "padas" in my own language (IDN). I'm sorry I can't translate it into English.
I used to grow this one, it's sooooo beautiful! When you get close, those false veins are really metallic, like threads of gold. It's a treat to see it growing wild. Do you know what the bedrock of the mountain is? I guess from the flash that they were in fairly deep shade. The Anoectochilus I saw in Thailand have similar leaves and all grew in fairly gloomy places.
