Description:

A large Ibis that has a shiny brownish body and shiny green wings. The long curved bill is a dull blue grey. They fly with their necks outstretched.

Habitat:

Flushed a large flock that was feeding. They circled and landed deeper in the tall grass beside a pond at Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge.
