I need help IDing these Holly bushes. I'm used to American Hollies in this area, but I don't think it's an American Holly. Also note that these were planted here, so they are not necessarily naturally grown in this area.

this might be a toyon, native to southern california and baja mexico but grown around the world now. Or not.
