Japanese Spurge

Pachysandra terminalis

Description:

slow growing groundcover with alternate, simple leaves, and creeping stems

Habitat:

temperate forest floor

Notes:

Working as a gardener I have seen plenty of Japanese Spurge used as a groundcover in shady areas. I never thought I would see them in the wild but I was stoked to see them growing in Foping Reserve.
