I agree with you Avinash, I was checking the others first on my rather slow system! The common has a black head and the long-tailed has a black tail so it can only be Grey-backed. I suggest this to be Grey backed fiscal, note the continuity in black band near neck, and some brownish color with white additions in wings on some birds in the links of references. And of course, the color of back right from top of head is grey too.
Definitely not Southern Grey, its one of the fiscals, still checking...
Thanks. I do not think it is a loggerhead shrike because it seems to be a North American bird while this was taken in East Africa.
