Howler Monkeys have short snouts and large nostrils, Howler monkeys have a very good sense of smell and can smell food from far away They range in size from 56 to 92 cm. They eat canopy leaves, some flowers, buds and fruit. Male Howler monkeys reproduce at the age of 5 years while the females can reproduce at age 3-4 females give birth to a single baby after 6 months, howler monkeys have sexual relationships. Howler Monkeys have symbiotic relationships with snakes of prey because they both live in the trees for protection
Howler Monkeys live on the top of trees and go from one tree to the next, these monkeys live in south america and live in small groups. Howler Monkeys usually live in forests in South America
