Description:

My lichen is whitish green with could be taken off the tree really easy. It was flakey. There was more lichen around it.

Habitat:

It was growing in an area with lots of trees. It was in the woods.

Notes:

Are temperature was 3.1ºC. the gust was 41.8 kph. The wind was 28.96 kph. I found my lichen on a pine tree on the bark. It was about 24 millimeters long. Kingdom: Fungi Division: Ascomycota Class: Lecanoromycetes Order: Lecanorales Family: Parmeliaceae Genus: Flavoparmelia Species: F. caperata
