It is! This lichen is growing on a headstone in an old cemetery.

I dont know, KarenL, maybe yours is more yellow-greenish. Have a look at Psilolechia lucida (http://www.lichens.lastdragon.org/Psilol...) or Chrysothrix chlorina (http://www.lichens.lastdragon.org/Chryso...)
