Papuan Toby

Description:

Also known as Sharp-nosed Puffers, Papuan Toby Puffer, False-eye Puffer, False-eyed Pufferfish, Spotted Sharpnose Puffer and Orange Nose Pufferfish. They feed on invertebrates and algae, and grow to a length of about 9cm.

Habitat:

Found singly or in pairs on coral and rocky reefs, at depths of 2 to 35m. Widespread in the Asia-Pacific region.

Hi Blogie, I agree with whatsthatfish - pretty confident it is a Papuan Toby.

First i think it was a Spotted sharpnose pufferfish the difference is the stripes and dots on the Toby are neon green and the eyes is green-yellowish actually some people called false eye puffer, on the Spotted Sharpnose stripes are blue and the eyes are black, very similar both.
