Canthigaster papua
Also known as Sharp-nosed Puffers, Papuan Toby Puffer, False-eye Puffer, False-eyed Pufferfish, Spotted Sharpnose Puffer and Orange Nose Pufferfish. They feed on invertebrates and algae, and grow to a length of about 9cm.
Found singly or in pairs on coral and rocky reefs, at depths of 2 to 35m. Widespread in the Asia-Pacific region.

First i think it was a Spotted sharpnose pufferfish the difference is the stripes and dots on the Toby are neon green and the eyes is green-yellowish actually some people called false eye puffer, on the Spotted Sharpnose stripes are blue and the eyes are black, very similar both.
Thanks Gerardo! But, are you certain this is the Papuan Toby? I've seen that toby and its body is usually fat, like other boxfish. This spotting has a thin body, like that of a filefish's...
