I think its a larvae or a pupae, its very similar to the 28-spotted ladybird beetle (or ladybug) also called Hadda beetle. Not alot of websides show the pupae with the white spikes so id say that it needs further research. Here are the sites I found: http://www.nbaii.res.in/Pestsofcrops/Epi...

Some species of aphid in my opinion, but I can't be sure.
