Actually, I think it definitely is a spicebush swallowtail. I see them around here a lot and it looks like it.

Looks like Papilio troilus but yours have some differences, so i doubt it really is P. troilus, here is a photo of troilus so you can compare: http://butterfliesofamerica.com/papilio_...
