Northern Snow Skink

Niveoscincus greeni

Description:

Another skink. This one is brown with yellow spots.

Habitat:

Rocks Mountain

Notes:

Found up a mountain with impressive columnar jointing. There are many of these basking in the sun. This might also be the Spotted Skink : http://www.parks.tas.gov.au/indeX.aspX?b... I had a hard time making the call. Let me know if I got it wrong, thanks
