Notes:

Have observed the plant for several years. As it matures in winter (if you can call it that in Mission, TX) the foliage turns to a golden color, but the berries become reddish. I have wondered if it may be related to the plant Sir James G. Frazer used for the title of his book, The Golden Bough, which he eventually identified as mistletoe
