Description:

Green plant with the inflorescence being upright or arching panicle of flowers. From the calyx dangle a lot of long, yellow stamens tipped with large anthers. The leaves can be seen at my other spotting: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/889...

Habitat:

Grassy hillside along trail at Blue Sky Ecological Reserve. This is native to California.

I re-shot this plant with a different camera to show more detail of the stamens.
