Nice find! Is there any way you can crop this image so we can see this insect a little better. You have captured an image of a lovely Damselfly. It could be an Atlantic Bluet or a Familiar Bluet perhaps (genus Enallagma). Here are a couple of links: http://bugguide.net/node/view/596
