de alrededor de 4 cm sin contar las antenas, despide un olor desagradable cuando es aplastada.

Habitat:

Pastizales, se le puede observar mas comunmente en la temporada de lluvias. se les puede ver volando a pocos metros sobre los pastizales o alimentandose de los tallos y granos tiernos de los sembradios.

Notes:

cuando se les acerca, algunos ejemplares se colocan de frente y mueven las antenas hacia arriba y hacia abajo, si no retrocedes escapan volando.

Not an Alydidae, because the head is not as broad as the pronotum. It belongs to the Family Coreidae, the Leaf-footed bugs (which don't always have the leaf-like expansions on their hind legs).
