Description:

This hardy, upright growing beauty is a moderate grower that forms a neat, well-shaped plant. Flowers are rich, true The plants produces lots of buds which open over an extended period from the mid to late spring camellia bloom time.

Habitat:

They are found in eastern and southern Asia, from the Himalaya east to Japan and Indonesia.

Notes:

Give it a nice moderate location, not too shady or too sunny or over-exposed to the harsh winter winds. Planting camellias in the sun may suffer from scald.If you live in an area where temperatures drop to -10°F (Zone 6) during the winter, chances are you haven’t been able to enjoy a camellia in your garden until now.
