Description:

Annual plant native to North America. Widely distributed. This is a white morph; there are also purple ones.

Habitat:

Disturbed habitats, fields, and open woods, on soils ranging from sandy soil to clay to limestone.

Notes:

I found this one (with many others) in a "disturbed habitat" near the Northeast Branch Trail, along with chickweed and other common spring-blooming annual weeds.
