It is very dense urban area and not many fruit trees. This bug was kinda lost. Landed in my beer, but astound me were a lot of bushes with a lot of regular Aphids on them.

Tsanko could you give a description of the habitat where you found it? Was there an orchard or fruit trees nearby? Some woolly aphids are associated with specific fruit trees.

Awesome find Tsanko! I believe you found a Woolly Aphid (subfamily: Eriosomatinae). Not sure which one at this time.
