Possibly this or Bombus soroeensis. Not quite sure but hope it narrows it down a bit.

Positive. In the second photo you can clearly see it has eight legs. Then there's the typical mouthparts and that expandable "pouch" in the back. I'd suggest Ixodes ricinus, since it's widely distributed in Europe.

Definitely not dragonfly, but maybe something in the Syrphidae family. Something like Neoascia podagrica
