When plants in this genus seed their morphology may change drastically. The picture you have here appears as though some of them are starting to seed. But I could be wrong since I can't tell what the leaves look like.

I don't know my mushrooms at all but I love when one is spotted having several bites taken from it. That's a good sign to me that it might be edible in a pinch.
