As I can see it's from fam. Brassicaceae, look in genus Thlaspi.

Have no idea, I don't have books with keys for identification for cockroaches, just saw it in my university's collection. There wasn't any species names so maybe it's not so easy to tell. Only can tell you that looks like a male. :)

This one is tricky! It's not gesneriad, look in genus Centropogon. ;) Don't have much time now for better ID but I'll keep it in mind if you can't find it.
