Wow this is amazing! I don't think we have anything quite like this in the NW!
We see them in Washington state as well. My parents have wood delivered to chop for fires and we've found them when alder has been mixed in- I just never knew what they were called!!
My mother corrected me. I got a little bit too antsy taking pictures and wanting to post them. This Lilly is one from her garden to which she very much knows all of her plants names. This here she says is a Lollipop! I am going to go edit this now. Sorry my bad.
