Nice find!

My guess is Descurainia sophia (herb sophia) but it could possibly be Descurainia pinnata (western tansymustard)

I believe this is a scotch thistle just by how large the leaves are. These thistles get huge!

DerrickLK Big Sagebrush

I think this may be big sagebrush (A. tridentata). The lobes at the end are deeper on threetip and look more finger-like.

I think you're spot on. My guess is stork's bill (Erodium cicutarium) for the purple flower.

Awesome! I think you nailed it!

I think this belongs in Cylindropuntia (the Cholla genus). I'm not sure of the species though.

I'm thinking either musky stork's bill (Erodium moschatum) or redstem stork's bill (Erodium cicutarium). Take a look and see what you think.

Not 100% on the suggestion here but this is one of the most common species in the area. For future plant spottings, if you add a closeup of the leaf or flower it helps with narrowing down species.

The one on the left is the Canada goldenrod. Not sure of the one on the right though.
