that is mangrove fruit, the green stem part is actually the tap root that grow until its weight force the mature fruit to fall on mud/sand and readily be a mangrove seedling , this one might be one species of genus Rhizophora
Weeds only for the eyes of selfish organisme... Its everywhere here by roadside, open places, they beautify the landscape.. as here we never had spring.. these flowers bring the soothing spring landscape.

I see some healthy dandelion leaves,
I ,ve spotted in Malaysian highland, but the berries have paler color compare to your spotting.. I manage to grow the lowland type. R.moluccanus ,the R. rosifolius seeds i have sown for two month with no sign of growth.
