Such eggs shape is typical for Noctuoidea (Lepidoptera). Black spot it is a head of the caterpillar.

I think it's eggs of Lymantriidae. This form of eggs and colouring pattern are typical for Numenes disparilis Stgr. See my paper - Irina V. DOLINSKAYA , Igor G.
