Coloring is a little dark, but the long dorsolateral stripe seems to me like a green tree frog
That's most likely a Bullfrog, see the fold of skin that starts behind the eye and goes around the tympanum. In the Green Frog this fold of skin continues in a straight dorsolateral ridge
I think thats an Ameiva exsul from the teiidae family
This is actualli Coquí Churí (E. antillensis) you can tell because of the red coloring above the eyes
