Possibly Dendrobium lobbii http://vietnamorchirds-nguyentienquang.b...
Just happened to come across a very similar species in a facebook group (can't link it here). Cannot find an exact match for species.
It's some species of Dracaena. Bears some similarity to D. terniflora, but not identical to this photo at least, and Borneo is quite rich in Dracaenas, many of them are similar. https://www.flickr.com/photos/dinesh_val...
Awesome plant, it's rare to see this mainly temperate Eurasian tribe (Epidendroideae: Neottieae) in the tropics.
I'm pretty sure it's an Argostemma. Usually when you come across a "Rubiaceae that looks like Solanaceae", Argostemma is a safe bet! No guess on the species, https://www.flickr.com/photos/zaharil/14... is very different but has a similar scale.
Sorry for a rather useless link. I'm certain it's some species of Labisia (indeed a close relative of Ardisia), but an unusually attractive one, the link just had a photo of a rather similar individual =).
It seems fairly similar to Coelogyne endertii. It is not an easy genus, but this should point you to the right direction, at least. https://orchid.unibas.ch/phpMyHerbarium/.... I think it's in section Longifoliae
This reminds me of a Trichotosia of some sort (the general habitat and the inflorescence structure). I wouldn't rule out Eria either, that genus is such a mess. Here's one slightly similar Trichotosia sp. https://orchid.unibas.ch/phpMyHerbarium/...
I'm not sure if this is correctly identified, but it seems fairly similar to Bulbophyllum elongatum: http://www.rv-orchidworks.com/orchidtalk.... Of course, Bulbophyllum is an enormous genus, so proceed with caution =)
So pretty. Reminds me of some of the filmy ferns, but I'm quite certain it's a moss. Since I'm bad at IDing mosses, I'm just going to guess what I found of Googe images: Hypnodendron sp?
