Hickory...you should probably see a bunch of nuts all over the ground?
Looks like black pine Pinus nigraif it were Scots Pine the bark on the upper third would have an orange color

I got real lucky with this shot...I caught the tree just right before the weather managed to blemish the petals in any way...and the light was perfect
