This grows in a large patch in our yard. It is single four to five leafed small plants, no flowers as yet, light green in color. I would like to know the common and scientific names please.

This vine grows rampant in our yard. When cut it has a pungent mint odor. It will take over everything if not curtailed. Has shallow roots. I would like to know what it is called, both common and scientific.
