This looks like one of the Paper Wasps --- Synoeca sp , possibly ,S. septentrionalis .These are sometimes called Warrior Wasps because of their aggressive nature.

This is one of the Chachalacas , either Plain or Grey-headed , it is not possible to be certain which one from this photo , I'm afraid.

A juvenile Wagtail , possibly White Wagtail ,although it looks similar to a juvenile Citrine Wagtail, but I think they are rare in Japan.
