Hericium americanum has a branched fruiting body. I would call this H. erinaceus.

I agree, it does look coprinoid. It could be a Coprinellus species. It is very cool whatever it is.

Wow, I wouldn't have guessed those were the same ones. Looks something like Leucoagaricus americanus.

Very cool! I am definitely interested in seeing them mature as well. It could be a Gymnopilus species, something like G. luteofolius or thiersii.

Hmmm. I don't know, I would have a hard time believing it is Schizophyllum amplum. I have only found that species once so I could very well be wrong. I assumed this was some kind of wacky Helvella.

Yes, it is a lobster mushroom (Hypomyces lactifluorum). Technically not a mushroom, but a parasitic fungus that grows on other mushrooms (Russula and Lactarius species).
