What size is this beetle? Could be nitidulidae?
As a macrophotography is a very nice, but to ask to identify only dragonfly eye is little absurd.
It is not scarab beetle but ground beetle family Carabidae "Fiery searcher" genus Calosoma

This is nymph not adult Hemiptera
