may be violaceae family
ya gulmohar is the local name for hibiscus

@suranjanMithra, i have the three spot of same species i think they are all there variants...
got it its the ichneumon flies of family Ichneumonoidea
there long spine like structure at the tail is to lay eggs not for sting....
i think thats Ichneumonoidea......

but they have such a beautiful structures
