Never heard of one... This thing was like an inch long. Flys get that long? What do they rob? Small pets?

Thanks everyone for all your interest. This is our first time with Project Noah and I have two boys (ages 7 and almost 9) and I got this app for them and now I have to admit myself as we find a lot of weird critters out here in Oklahoma and we live in the country...we have lived here for going on 4 years but when we moved here we all were city folk so we have learned to accept and live with June Bugs and lots of Crickets, Cicadas, Toads, Turtles, Tarantulas, Scorpions and the always loved Brown Recluse and occassional Black Widow. So you will probably see more posts from us as we are still city folk originally from Colorado Springs, Colorado where the worst we saw were Black Widows and sugar ants!
Oh yeah, forgot to mention our friendly little Fire Ants!

Well, thanks for your timely response. It sure has a caterpillar-like body however, it has little pintcher teeth or claws at its mouth which were biting at our little dog. Sure wouldn't want to find it in bed with me or in my ear that is for darn certain!
