I would like to say thank you for the name submitted for the snake. I knew it was a calamaria but wanted the correct latin and common names.
It's 100% aquatic, like a non venomous sea snake. While it's very common, not a lot of scientific research has been done. So in captivity they do not do as well as other snakes. Very unique and non aggressive snake and one of my favorites. Never would of dreamed of seeing them, until I got here.
Is there a water tortoise?
I've been seeing them just finally took a photo, they are funny to watch. I thought they had something wrong with them.
