One of the cobweb weavers - maybe Common House Spider (Parasteatoda tepidariorum) or triangulate cobweb spider (Steatoda triangulosa)?
The relatively shallow lobes with tapered points, and grayish smooth bark indicate northern red oak
The frog in the front looks like a bull frog (lacks prominent lateral ridges) whereas these can be seen on the frog in the back and is most likely a green frog.
