I think it may be Amanita lanei:

or Amanita muscaria:

A. lanei most closely resembles yours in an quick image search except that yours lack the white veil on top. A. muscaria varies more, but mushrooms can and do vary in appearance quite a bit. I'm not sure which one of the two it is, but A. muscaria is poisonous and hallucinogenic, so don't mess with it.
Also, the location on your spotting needs to be adjusted. The map pin is in Algeria.
