The Common Tegu looks simililar to the lizard in this photo, is native to South America (more specifically Brazil) and is lives in the environment associated with the area you've marked as the coordinates.

Hmm its kind of blury but it definitely looks like a garden spider. Maybe a black and yellow garden spider?
