Wolf Spiders can reach an excess of 4 inch leg span. Its identified by its flat face and shiny eyes (when flash or light is placed on it). Its a Carolina Wolf Spider based on the location.

That is a Wood Louse Hunter its a Spider they hunt almost exclusively on woodlouse aka rollie polles/ pillbugs. I have one in my collection.
