I don't know what sort of snail it is, but it's certainly lovely!

I have one of these that's been alive for nearly 20 years. It started as a cutting in a milk jug, went three months without water, miraculously survived, and now makes a jungle out of an entire shelf.

Thanks! I was really blown away by how well the camera on my phone worked. I expected a vaguely insectoid blur! It is just such a gorgeous moth.
