It is a Black-eyed Susan (rudbeckia) not sure what type though.

Not sure specifically but it looks like it is in the apple (malus) family

It looks like it could be in the sweet pea family (lathyrus). Not sure though.

If it blooms in a mat of pink purple or white it could be creeping phlox (phlox subulata)
