Description:

Vase-like pale pink fungi. They were rubbery and ranged in size from 3-7cm tall.

Habitat:

Growing next to rotting wood in a mixed forest.

Notes:

The scientific name is debatable for this fungus - some sources say it is Phlogiotis helvelloides, while others state it is Guepinia helvelloides.

Thanks maplemoth. There were a bunch of them growing near each other and some were more flat, but I liked the vase-shaped ones best because they were different :)
