Malaysia's location in the humid tropics provides a favourable climate to support rich and diverse life forms from the microscopic organisms such as bacteria and plankton to macroscopic species such as fishes, birds and mammals which form the cradle of the country's biodiversity .
Aim of this mission is to document all existing natural habitat in the country and to promote the need to protect endangered natural habitats and endangered vulnerable species, including migratory species.
