About 1/2" long. I like the 2 mimic eyes on the side. This is an inchworm - the larvae stage of the geometer moth.

Thanks! I found this creature's response to my finger very intriguing. It clearly saw it as an obstacle, and instead of climbing it, which it was fully capable of doing, it avoided my finger entirely. I wonder if it is sensing heat or an electro-magnetic field, or even hearing a pulse... or what predisposed it to behave this way.
