Description:

Aromatic, much-branched and grey-green shrub. Leaves narrow, untoothed and borne in clusters. Flowers deep purple and 10-15mm long; borne on terminal heads, March-June.

Habitat:

Garrigue, maquis and stony ground. Widespread across the region.
