Could be a Mud Daubers nest Emma. I've loaded a pic of a wasp as a different spotting. If it gets an ID, I will search for it's nest. Thanks for the help!
Could very well be a mud daublers nest. Observe the wasps around you .
These have a very typical structure.
Not sure Emma. Was made of mud. Could not find any clues around.
Does not seem multi chambered,
