Description:

Very small brown to gray frog with a distinctive X marking on it's back.

Habitat:

Farm ponds, wooded areas with permanent water

Notes:

This particular individual was a difficult subject to photograph because of it's protective coloration. It was also a patient subject that moved very little during the time I needed to take several pictures.
