The Common Chiffchaff, or simply the Chiffchaff, (Phylloscopus collybita) is a common and widespread leaf-warbler which breeds in open woodlands throughout northern and temperate Europe and Asia.

Thanks Liam, I think you're right.
It crossed my mind, but I didn't realise they could be back from the south already. I normally recognise the Chiffchaff by their clear sound, but this one was completely silent.
