Sawfly Larvae

Perga sp.

Description:

black segment head ..dark brown body with short white spikes an orange tip on the end with 2 sets of segmented legs.

Habitat:

A solitary type ..could have dropped from its cluster ..don't know , was the only one around ..juhanging on long stick like grass ..in a tuft grass bush .

Notes:

Sawflie Larvae - Perga sp. or Lomandra sp. , family PERGIDAE, subfamily Perginae...there are ALOT of unidentified types ..this is as close as i can go
